3 types of oysters (Friandise No. 4, Sentinelle No. 3, Spéciale Antilope No. 3) served with fresh bread, semi-salted butter, shallot vinegar, and lemon.

Regional Charcuterie Selection

Direct delivery from France: over 30 kg of artisanal pieces. Royal truffle pâté en croûte, cured country ham, rillettes, and dry cured sausage.

The Main Dish

Authentic Beef Bourguignon

Slow-cooked beef cheeks made according to the traditional recipe, prepared jointly by our chefs.

Cheeses & Desserts

Selection of Aged Cheeses & Desserts

25 kg of aged cheeses (Saint-Nectaire, Sainte-Maure, Camembert…) followed by our artisanal pastries (Tarte Tatin, homemade Éclairs).

As befits a banquet, a bottle of wine per person is already included in the price! And if that’s not enough, you’ll be able to choose something from the selection of wines and tastings prepared by our partner, Frank Encina – Wine & Style. From white and red wines to sparkling wine 😉
